Printing off

Whenever I try to print after a couple of layers the extruder no longer lines up with the beginning of the print

Do you mean your Y or X aixs is skipping setps? maybe you can leave a youtobe link here to see what happens.
And you can refer to the link here to check the driver voltage:

Yes, it is the x axis shifting. I have tried changing the driver voltage it doesn't change, it stays at 5.04.

I checked, all the drivers show the same voltage, but only the x is skipping

No, not the 5V one, you need to adjust the voltage through the potentiometer here, and increase it to about 0.9V.

HI,
Yes, I am aware of the correct place to make adjustments. It seems as though it is the bearings on the belt tensioner. When I took it apart one side fell completely apart. I figured if one better check the other, so both the x and y tensioner had the same problem. The bearings were broken on both of them. I will post pictures tonight when I get home again.
