I posted this same request on the Repetier forum. I am just hoping that someone will help me.
I am new to 3D printing. I put together a Geeetech Prusa i3 Pro-C Duel head printer. Now I am trying to get it to work. It has the Repetier-Host firmware installed, and Geeetech supplied me with Repetier-Host software. But no instruction manuals. (The only version of an instruction manual that I have been pointed to so far has been how the hardware goes together.)
I have not made any successful prints with this printer yet. I have run sti files through the slic3r and saved them as both .gco and .gcode files to a memory card. Now I am loading a memory card into the printer and hitting the print function. After the printer accepts the .gco file, it asks for user input? I don't know what it is asking for? I can turn the dial on it and I see things happening. The problem is that I don't know what I am doing here. In fact, I don't know what most of the options in the display do. And the help tutorials are no help.
Where can I find a REAL user manual that explains everything? Telling me to do A or B is no help. I need to know what I am doing and why I am doing it. Is there a user manual someplace showing how to use this thing?
Once I learn what is happening, I think I can deal with it. Or, at least, ask more intelligent questions.

Re: Printing from memory card
I'll see if I can upload a file here. I just got the file size reduced to uploaded here. I was attempting to printout a coaster, which is used under drinking cups. You can see the wild arcs that it is making.
I also have a short video of the printer working on this print.
Link is: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwX7dD ... wzTk0/view
One thing that you will notice in the video is that it is bumping against the layer that it just laid.
I stopped the printer just after taking this photo since the printer was starting to run the print off of the base.

Re: Printing from memory card
how's your nozzle distance between the bed after homging? I think it is either a litte far or too close to the bed, so the nozzle will collision to the bad layers it just laid.
And the temperature you use for the PLA? the slic3r settings? Proper settings for slic3r will be great help too.
you can refer to my settings for G2S pro , download it here:

Re: Printing from memory card
While I have never been able to get a good print from this printer, it has gotten much better then the sample print here. I strongly suspect that something in my settings or in my adjustments were the problem. I found with time that I had the temperature turned off for all layers above the 1st layer. As I said, figuring out what all of the settings do is new to me. And I don't have a background in any sort of electronics.
But now I just posted a new problem where the GT2560 will not communicate with my computer. Nor will it extrude filament or move the nozzles using a gcode file in an SD Card. But this is another long post in a new thread that I just posted. It is something that just started today.
