Y-Axis doesnt work

I think the stepmotor-driver and the mainboard-port are broken.
Want conformation or possible other error sources.

But how do i think the stepmotor-driver and the mainboard-port is broken:

I can control the y-motor with the same wire from the x-Port.
->stepmotor and wire - okey

If i take the stepmotor-driver from the y-port and try to control the x-Motor, on the x Port, nothing happens
->stepmotordriver is broken

If i take the stepmotordriver from the x-port (x-axis works fine) and plug it on the y-Port on the Mainboard, nothing happens too.
->Mainboard defekt/y-Port broken

Am i correct or do i oversee something crucial?

i tired with different cables, and the cable (i called it wire) worked fine.
