I am planning to upgrade my A20m to Marlin 1.1.9, I am wondering if anyone already done this and can give some feeback like is there any quality improvment on print ?

Yes, I've tested it , compiled and running on my A20m, but didn't see any quality improvement.

I also have tried a junction deviation test print's (see picture), but I cant see any difference, why ?

Hi, you can try to check if the z-bar is shaking and tighten it.
Check the bearing or the pulley for card issuance, and lubricate it with lubrication.

junction deviation gets better the lower the value the default in marlin 2 is 0.013 you tested from bad to worse not better.
