Hi Star,

I managed to get my extruder working, in the end I wiped the eeprom data completely and re-upload the Rambo firmware again. I used EEPROMClear from http://arduino.cc/en/Tutorial/EEPROMClear to clear the eeprom and it fixed my problem. My extruder e0 and e1 is now working fine.

Yes X,Y & Z work fine - I have tried reconfiguring the E0 related pins to E1 and moving the stepper connector to E1, same problem still exists. I have confirmed that moving the X related pins to E1 the X stepper moves fine. I have switch the E1 related pins to X however still no stepper ...
