Can you find the COM port on the Device manager? and the printer, when powered on only with USB, could it behave like this?
Or only powered on with the PSU, not plug in the USB cable, what's the result? And in this case, do you get 5V on the board? you can measure the test point near the mainchip, there has a "5V" label beside it.

Hello, on the first hand, thank for your answer.
Yes I can find COM port, in my computer is the COM23.
I've tried with electrical courrent and only USB, but the fail persist.

I've tried various options. I've tried load the firmware, but i had a problem in Arduino, i've loaded the images with the problem.
I've tried disconnect extruder, hot bed and LCD, but the problem persist.

In this link ( http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 23&t=16288 ) there are a persons whith the same problem. They say "The issue was the baudrate
1. from Arduino environment.
I have changed the baudrate by the serial monitor to 9.600 Baud.
After that i could upload your sendet Firmware and it runs perfectly.

But i could not work with Cura or Reptierhost. i got allways a error message about the serial interface.

2. the baudrate from the Firmware.
i changed in the configuration sketch the baudrate from 250.000 to 115.000 and load this firmware up to the printer.

Now, it works perfect."
, but i don't understanad this. I've loaded a image of this too.

I have other question. If I change the GT2560 for new GT2560, the fail finished?

Thanks for your answers.

Hello, thanks for your answer.

I've tried change baud rate by the serial monitor to 9.600 Baud, like in the other link, but my printer continues with de same problem

I've loaded two images with the problem.

I've seen that the price of GT2560 is 35€-40€ more or less. If I buy a GT2560, and I change it, the problem is solved?

I hope yours answers, thanks.

Yeah if you buy a new one if will work, and if your printer still in warranty you can contact the sales to talk about this.
And the time out problem, check this link see if it helps:
http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 20&t=17102
But remember the baud rate in the firmware and in the printer settings should be the same.
