nozzle diameter

Hi i have the prusa i3 printer with mk8 extruder how do you work out what the nozzle diameter is.i guess it is 0.4 mm as default but on the extruder itself is a label marked
MK 8 Extruder 2-0.3mm (forward) does this mean my nozzle is 0.3 mm not 0.4 mm All i can see on the nozzle itself is the # 2 i have set everything to 0.4 in repetier but still dont get enough filament flow comes out thin.What should be the average speed rate when printing with pla.Thanks Andy

1.I think you can find the nozzle size in your order info or you can find it directly from your nozzle:

2.About the flowing rate,you can increase this value to 1-1.1 in your slicer settings:

Or maybe it's your extruder caused this,check the following tips:
