Hi,
I bought the Prusa i3 Pro B Acrylic, and I did few printing but I have a problem with the extruder's sensor. The temperature is ok but when the printing start, the contact with the sensor is lost with MINTEMP write on the LCD.
I try this : http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 23&t=17030.
It's the case 1.2.4, but the problem comes from the wire which comes out to the extruder
Little video to show the problem : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mp_pleu4r9Y
How can I solve this problem ?
Thanks

It's the connection problem. You'd better check if the thermistor on extruder has a good connection to the board.hitjacker wrote:Hi,

Re: Extruder switch off : MINTEMP when the wires move
Indeed I think the problem is the connection, that's why I did what there are explain on the topic "How to slove the problem of MAX/MIN TEMP error(GT2560)".
The sensor is correctly connect to the board, I check some times.
I see the problem is resolve only when I move the wire which are near the extruder (I try to show that in my video).

Hi,
You need to check this part, in most cases the connection problem of thermistor is due to the poor contact here

Re: Extruder switch off : MINTEMP when the wires move
Hi Toy,
Thanks for your help.
Indeed, the problem seem to be that : when I move the part, the contact is done.
How can I repair this ? I don't try to disassemble this, I wait your advice.

I think you just need to sort out the wirings and bind them together with the tape..
