You can find the customer service on website where you bought your printer.
How is the wiring? Could you please take a picture of mainboard?

Please mount the fan beside mainboard. It is very important for cooling the MOSFET.
Please contact the customer service.

Another question, can you heat the extruder alone? Is the temperature changed or not at all?

For the fan, the fan's wire are easily broken. I'm finding a new one to replace.

For the extruder, now I power the system with computer's PSU. It can heat up the extruder over 240c, no problem anymore.

Hi I seems to having the same issue.

The PSU is having a clicking sound.
I have cross checked all the wireing multiple times. all seems ok.
When I havent connected the PSU to the controller board I can measure 12v on both the red wire. But when I connect then its only 0,65V.
I can connect the controller board by USB and then the display light up, and I have even updated the firmware with success.

If you want I can send you some pictures off my wireing.

It seems like your PSU has no sufficient loading capacity,i guees you may need to replace it.

Its a complete new set I just have bought, So who shall I conrtact to have the replacement?
