Do I need a power step down converter in uk

I want to start looking at 3D printing, this company kits seems a good buy in for learning from the ground up.
It does say it needs a two twenty volt onnection, does that mean to connect these to a uk mains plug socket I would need to go via a power step down converter box to lower the normal uk two forty volts down to two twenty or even one ten volts?

The UK is 110v, is it right?
For our PSU, it has a mode to switch the 110V or 220V.Don't worry about it.
