I have the i3 B with the GT2560 board and MK8 extruder.
Do you recommend a better type of extruder for future use?

It ended up being the steps on my driver. So its closer to range, just now it seems to be not as thick as before though.

The issue is the same. The motors try to move a little more, but not as smoothly when both are off.

Yes I made sure I turned the switches under the driver board to match 1/16th

Something else you should look at
The connections that go from the power supply to the board do not exactly match, one of them I had to adjust to fit under the screw.
Here is a picture of what it looks like after I adjusted it to fit.
What do you think? Could these be causing a problem ...

Why is it when I adjust the screw on the driver board, the voltage does not really change at all?
Do I adjust it when it is just connected to the computer or when its on or when its completely off?
