the rod is a little bit bend and i correct it a little.

but the couple on the video is also not in center therefore i think it is a problem because it shake the rod or isnt it?

can you please descripe how to center it correct

now i have disassembled my rod and stepper motor

in the video you can see that the attachment of the rod is not in center

hi

after i printed a calibration cube i see that the z edges of the cube are note 100% straight.

i looks likes a liite zig zag but only very very little zig zag. is there a solution for this?

is the temperature to high so that the pla dissolves unter the presure of the above layers? what do you ...

thank you thats the solution, the firmware i updated have 400 steps/mm and i have the left rod wich neets more steps!

now i have make a big progress

i have changed the steps / mm for the z axis to 2600 and the extruder moves approximately 10mm when i use the manual controll

so i think i have changed the steps/mm for my i3x with a gcode that i have used.

when i reflash the firmware the steps/mm are 400 so there ...

hi,

now i have a new info. yesterday i notice that the 4 screw on the left threaded rod is loose. so i tighten the screws and the rod will move much harder, when i loosen it the rod will move light. than i saw that the rod is a litte bit bent. do you think this could be my problem? where did i get ...

hi

yes it prints normal the first layers but when the object is higher than 1mm the extruder squish the object so i think the movement of the z axis is not right.
befor that problem everysthing was right but than i have used some G-Codes but i dont know which one.

therefore i have tought i reflash ...

I think the printer moves the z axis not enough so there is a factory variable changed or so?

Please help!
