Auto bed leveling on A30 connection.

Post by alexy34 »

Hi everyone,
I want to install a 3DTouch auto bed leveling sensor on my A30.
Did these pins on the back of extruder are for connection ? P.S. see picture.
Anyone has a picture how these plugs are connected ?
Do i need a firmware update ? or just connect the auto leveling sensor and do the setup on the lcd screen ?
Thanks

You can refer to this:

Hi William
I took a look at marlin arduino, it's complicated, I'm going to drop the auto leveling because I don't want to have a problem with the firmware again.
Thanks

Hi, according to the manual step by step operation is not complicated. 3Dtouch can automatically level, which is more convenient for future use.

Hi William
I did the 4 steps according to the manual, but when I checked the coding it gave me an error.
You can see the pictures, I did the same thing as the manual.
Where is the problem ?
Thanks

Sorry, I just confirmed that there is no need to change the firmware, this firmware supports 3dtouch, you can just connect the auto-leveling sensor and do the setup on the LCD screen.
